Mid-Senior Litigation Paralegal | San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Join a highly respected litigation team and play a key role supporting complex, high-profile matters. We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Litigation Paralegal with exceptional motion drafting, legal research, and case management experience to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days per week in-office
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and assist with substantive motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and correspondence for attorney review.
- Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research to support litigation strategy.
- Manage large and complex litigation matters, including class actions.
- Coordinate discovery, document review, and case organization.
- Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts.
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize case-related information.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
- 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
- Strong motion drafting and legal research skills are required.
- Deep knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing requirements.
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
